Labour Party Retreat from Stopping IR35 - updated

The Labour party have somewhat stepped back from stating they will stop the IR35 private sector reform, if they are elected to Government, and now say that they will 'review' the situation prior to implementation. This has also been stated again on 09 December 2019 by Labour Shadow Business Secretary Rebecca Long-Bailey.
