IR35 and the UK General Election

Due to the upcoming UK General Election on 12 December 2019 and Brexit, there have been calls from several parties such as the Federation of Small Businesses,  to postpone the introduction of IR35 to the private sector. However, there are no signs that the current Government will make any changes which could be due to their Election Manifesto based upon dramatically increasing spending on public services if they are re-elected. This of course will require additional funding, some of which could come from IR35.
